Background Information

Totally Botched Custody & Divorce Case - This was nothing short of a Kangaroo Court. From skipping service of process, ruling on custody at a hearing about the house, depriving us of the opportunity to present witnesses and evidence, to illegal exparte hearings, improperly quashing document subpoenas, to intentionally ruling contrary to laws. To help hide the judicial misconduct Judge Potter even refused to let me make proffers for use in an appeal. This is exactly the way I'd expect court to be run if Saddom was head of our country.
