The next day we decided to drive to visit my sister and her family in Wisconsin. Route 10 runs from Midland Michigan almost to her home in Wisconsin so it looked like an easy trip. However we ran into real bad traffic at
Ludington, Michigan. The traffic was completely stopped for several hours!! So we got out of car and enjoyed the views of Lake Michigan. The ride to
Manitowoc on the
S.S. Badger was much more pleasant than driving thru Chicago. Liam and I both want to take the trip on the Badger again.
