Kangaroo Court Judge R. Terrence Ney

I've been told that Judge Ney has been holding Ron Jagannathan in jail illegally. Apparently this is due to Judge Ney being upset about things Mr. Jagannathan has posted on the internet. Its sad to think that a Circuit Court Judge twice nominated for the Virginia Court Of Appeals (failed thank God) is ignorant of the First Amendment Right to Freedom Of Speech. Kind of makes me wonder what other legal issues he is ignorant about. (see "Just Say Nay to Ney")

for his benifit, I'll post the First Amendment here so Judge Ney can read it:

Its unthinkable for Judge Ney not to be aware of the Constitution. Even if he slept thru law school it was mentioned in the oath he swore to be a Judge.

For a Judge to refuse to follow the Constitution is an act of treason for which he should be impeached.

Background Information on Judge Ney:

• 2006 - Failed to be appointed to Virginia Court Of Appeals - Perhaps the General Assembly found out he was ignorant of the First Amendment.
• 2005 - Failed to be appointed to Virginia Court Of Appeals - was the only announced candidate and still lost! Apparently this was partually due to his misconduct on the Caudle v. FBA case and the AASPO slogan of:
  "Just Say Nay to Ney"
