Judge Potter:

Has a wide reputation of being biased against fathers in custody cases. Attorney's even refer to him by such vulgar terms I won't post them on this website.
Couldn't be bothered to hear the custody case (Chancery 53810) so in a hearing in a different case (Chancery No. 53360) he simply decided to award my wife temp custody and severely cut my visitation with my son without giving me a proper chance to present evidence and call witnesses.
Has refused to enforce what limited visitation he did leave me when my wife blatantly violated the court order by keeping our son out of state during my court ordered visitation time.
Supports and encourages adultery by allowing my wife to refuse to testify about her adultery while at the same time quashing my discovery attempts to prove her adultery. He won't even order her to stop committing adultery.
Summarily denies my motions without allowing me to present arguments or evidence, or to call witnesses.
Refuses to hear my emergency motion to change custody/visitation
Refuses to enforce Discovery requests, instead he absolved my wife of any responsibility to respond to my discovery requests.
Refuses to perform his duty to protect my first amendment right to free speech.
Makes court orders without any jurisdiction to do so
Knowingly allows my wife's attorney to make false claims in court and refuses to punish her for it in spite of being required to do so by law.
Is clearly unwilling to perform his duty as a Judge to follow the Constitution of the US and the Constitution of Virginia
Engages in illegal and treasonable activities
