 Background Information

• Virginia's Welfare Enforcement Laws relating to Welfare for Mothers (Child Support Enforcement)
• The mother welfare agency DCSE made an order to take the funds the court awarded me in the divorce case. I informed DCSE that the "order" they base the arrearage is void and unenforceable but DCSE wasn't interested at all. The simply claim even if their is no order for me to pay mother welfare ("child support") that they can still seize any of my assets. In other words DCSE claims that even if I don't owe any money they can still take it from me. No surprise really, DCSE is popularly known as 'Nazis' and for good reason.
