Court Case - Preliminary Protective Order (PPO)

My wife sought a protective order as a tactic to start her divorce & custody battle. However due to having documentation to show she wasn't credible, I was able to have it not only dismissed but expunged as well. Unfortunately the court doesn't punish women for filing false affidavits for protective orders.
