Interpleader

In 2003 my wife got the court to order that our house be sold. She refused to agree to split the money 50/50 so the money ($180,000) was put into an escrow account. In 2006 she took up to threatening the escrow holder, John Whitbeck, so he filed with the court asking the court to take over the money.
